I have found the most proficient way of communicating with my contact is in person/phone. I tried email/fax in the beginning, but both of these resulted in a non-reply. Usually, I send things such as examples and content material to them via e-mail, then I confirm with a phone call a few days later. This has proved to be the best way of accomplishing communication between us. I think that what I did wrong in the beginning was to wait for her response. Now I use a more proactive way of obtaining goals.

This post is about the feedback that I have received from my group members. There were some formatting issues that were brought up. I’m not that surprised by that because looking back on it – it was a little rough looking. Plus most of the time my site map was not available on line. Plus I think it was very easy to tell that I am a newbie with this.

In all, I think my group members did really well at letting me know my problems and crushing my ego while doing it.

Project is Coming along

Well, I noticed that I have to call my contact after I send her information. I anticipated this a little bit, because I know all the things she does for the center. So I sent her two different wire-frames and she informed of the one she liked best and added some other things she wants on the website. Also, I have worked on my portfolio site as I learn more about the front-page program. It’s getting a little frustrating, but I think i know where my problems are. It seems I am always putting things on the server and I think that may be part of the problem.

It took a while, but I finally was able to reach someone. I will be doing the East Tenth United Methodist Church and Youth Center for my project. I found out that the email address that I had was wrong and that they may not have received my fax. But finally, I did reach a contact and we talked about the site and the particulars
